Because our services are customized and time-based, refunds are limited and depend on project stage.
If you cancel before work has started and before resources are allocated, you may request a refund minus payment gateway/processing fees (if any).
Once work has started (including consultation, outline, analysis setup, drafting, editing, or research planning), refunds are generally not possible because time and resources have already been used.
If we fail to deliver the agreed service within the mutually confirmed timeline without a valid reason, you may request a fair resolution:
If requirements change after confirmation (new chapters, new dataset, new methodology, new word count, new deadline), the quote/timeline may change. Cancellations due to scope changes are treated as “after work starts.”
Before raising a chargeback, contact us so we can resolve the issue quickly. Unfair chargebacks may result in service suspension.
