Free revision window

• Request revisions within 15 days of the completion/delivery date.
• Free revisions apply only to the originally confirmed requirements (no new scope).

What counts as a revision

• corrections based on supervisor feedback that relates to the original scope
• improvements in formatting, clarity, and minor restructuring within the agreed service boundaries

What does not count as revision

• new chapters/word count expansion
• new dataset or new research problem
• changed topic, changed methodology, or changed deadlines after approval

Validity

Revision support validity depends on service type and project timeline; for many cases it can be valid for 30–90 days after delivery (as applicable).
